This cancellation policy refers to both cancellations by Chotteylal.com and the ones by the customers.
Cancellation by Chotteylal.com
- Your order for purchase on chotteylal.com shall be cancelled in one or more of the following instances
- If the product no longer exists or is out of stock with the vendor. In this case, you can be offered an alternate product, the purchase of which is up to your discretion.
- If there is a limitation on the quantity that you can buy of a particular product and your purchase exceeds that limit.
- If wrong pricing or promotion has been offered by the vendor or it has happened because of typographical error.
- If there are some problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- If the address provided is inaccurate or inadequate.
If the location that you mentioned is non-serviceable. While we will strive to inform you about the cancellation before the payment (only where possible), there is a possibility that the information might come to you after the payment has been made for the purchase. In that case, your payment shall be credited to your account within 48 hours of the notice of cancellation and you shall be duly notified about the same through email.
Cancellation by Customer
In cases where we receive your intimation for order cancellation within 24 hours or prior to order processing, whichever is less, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire money for the same. However, no cancellation requests shall be entertained post 24 hours or processing / shipping of the product or both.
Terms And Conditions in case of Non - Refundable Orders
- Orders delivered to neighbors/ security guards/ receptions/ letterboxes cannot be refunded.
- Once the order processed cannot be canceled and the amount cannot be refunded.
- Purchase declined by Recipient cannot be refunded.
- Order and Purchase Made through Speed Post cannot be Refunded
- Once the Orders get Processed shipping address cannot be edited.
Raise a return request within 7 days of item delivery for the following criteria.
- In the case, you received a faulty or defective product.
- In the case, you received a physically damaged product.
- In the case, you are unhappy with the product quality.
- In the case, you receive a different product from a description on the website.
- In the case, the Size of the product is not proper or Fitting issue.
- If the product that has been worn/washed/used.
- If the product which was sold as combos/sets are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
Terms & Conditions
- For all the perishable products like flower rakhis etc. the delivery attempt would be executed only once.
- Any defects if found in the gifts (perishable products) should be immediately reported by either the recipient or the sender within 24 hours of the gift (perishable products) received. In the case of failing to do so, we will not accept any request to replace the same.
- In case of return request If our logistic pickup facility is not available for that Pin code then customer has to send that product to our office and he/she will be paid the courier charges (100Rs.)
- Items must be in their original condition.
- Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled items with their original tags will be accepted.
- Brand packaging should be intact.
- Replacements will be made basis availability of that item on the website.
- No gift coupons are applicable on gift vouchers.

The estimated delivery time in India is maximum 8-10 Calendar/Working Days
2.Package Tracking :
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a mail from chotteylal.com with the tracking number of the shipment. You can track your package using that particular tracking number.
