As a result, slight differences in size and dimensions of the final product may occur, influenced by factors beyond our control.

Returns for Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event of defects or damages, please contact us at contact@chotteylal.com within 24 hours of receiving your product, accompanied by a product unboxing video (mandatory) and photos highlighting the issue. Our team will promptly address the matter.

We reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable return requests.

Return/Refund Policy

Terms And Conditions for Non-Refundable Orders

Orders delivered to neighbors/security guards/receptions/letterboxes are non-refundable. Processed orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Purchase declined by the recipient is non-refundable. Orders made through Speed Post cannot be refunded. Shipping addresses cannot be edited after order processing.

Eligible for Return

You may raise a return request within 7 days of item delivery for the following criteria:

• Receipt of a faulty or defective product.
• Receipt of a physically damaged product.
• Receipt of a different product than described.
• Worn/washed/used products.
• Products sold as combos/sets, as individual items are non-returnable.
• Customized Products are not eligible for return.

If the exchange is approved, merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase

Please Note - Chooda and Kaleera are not eligible for return unless an abnormal incident during the shipping procedure has affected the condition of the product.

Chotteylal & Sons offers a comprehensive 1-year warranty on all Shell Pearl Chooda items, specifically applicable to the vibrant red-colored bangles and the classic dot bangles. This guarantee is an integral part of our terms and conditions, providing customers with added confidence in the quality and durability of our products.

Please note that damages pertaining to receipt of damaged product cannot be claimed without providing an unboxing video.

Normal Delivery time within India is about 8-10 Calendar/Working Days.

Additional Terms & Conditions

For perishable products like flower rakhis, delivery attempts will be made only once. Defects in perishable gift orders must be reported within 24 hours by the recipient or sender for replacement consideration. If logistic pickup is unavailable for a particular Pin code, the customer must send the product to our office, and courier charges (100Rs.) will be reimbursed. Items must be in original condition, unused, unaltered, and with original tags and intact brand packaging. Replacements depend on item availability on the website.

Gift vouchers are not eligible for gift coupons.

Chooda Warranty & Replacement Policy

Product Durability & Limitations

Our Chooda sets are meticulously handcrafted and coated with premium materials to enhance durability. However, given the frequent use of hands, external factors such as impact, exposure to chemicals, and environmental conditions may contribute to natural wear and tear. While we take extensive measures to maximize longevity, there are inherent limitations to the extent of damage that can be prevented.

Warranty Coverage

Our Chooda sets do not come with a guarantee. However, they are covered under a one-year warranty from the date of dispatch. The warranty covers:

1. Color fading
2. Color peeling
3. Breakage of Chooda bangles

Metal bangles, shimmer bangles, and any additional bangles included in the set are not covered under warranty.

Replacement Policy

Any number of damaged Chooda bangles covered under warranty will be replaced at no extra cost.

In the rare event that wear-off occurs despite our high-quality coatings, we will replace the specific bangles affected.

Shipping charges for replacement orders are to be borne by the customer.

Under no circumstances do we offer refunds or exchanges.
