The price of the Kaleere majorly depends on the kind of metal and the heaviness of the metal that we use. Anything that's priced above Rs. 5000 is on the heavier side in terms of thickness. All the designer Kaliras are made in heavy metal to give them that extra "wow" factor on the details and the aesthetics.

For orders within India, after the product is ready, delivery generally takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on the region. For remote areas, it may take an additional 1-2 days. For international orders, we ship via DHL, and delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.

We need atleast 4 pairs (8 pieces) of charms as a minimum to process an order of customized charms.

Our charms range anywhere between Rs. 500 to Rs. 1000 per charm depending on the design.

We don’t use plastic for our charms. Instead, we craft them from the same metal as the Kaleeras, as plastic charms don’t seamlessly match the elegance of metal Kaliras. To maintain a cohesive and beautiful design, each charm is made by carefully shaping, cutting, and finishing the metal to a high standard. When you hold them, you’ll notice their premium quality and how well they complement the Kaleera.

There’s no limit to the kind of charms you can create! You can choose any design you want, whether it's a religious symbol, infinity symbol, evil eye, university logo, wedding monogram, or photo charms for loved ones like parents or grandparents. You can also add playful charms that capture sweet, special memories of your wedding journey—think Starbucks coffee cups, ramen noodle bowls, pizza slices, or locations from your first date. Please note that we don’t create charms with stones or pearls or colored charms.

Yes, you can share the specific charms you need, including photos or references—whether it’s a dog charm, a university emblem, or a logo you’d like incorporated. We’ll pass your ideas along to our team to bring them to life.

We launch around a dozen new kaliras designs every week in our retail showrooms, though only the best-selling designs are listed on our website. We do accommodate urgent orders; however, please note that we cannot allow cancellations. Our kaleeras are crafted by skilled kaarigars, who sometimes experience delays, especially as our orders are not made in Delhi. While we always strive to deliver on time and, by God’s grace, have consistently met deadlines, occasional shipment delays may occur. We ask customers to keep this in mind before placing an order. Additionally, please note that cancellations or returns are not available for our kaleeras.

We deliver worldwide, with the exception of Afghanistan and Pakistan. However, if you're from these countries, you can arrange delivery to a nearby location or have a guest attending your wedding from a country where delivery is possible, such as the UAE. This is because we use DHL as our shipping partner, and they do not operate in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Yes, any kalira design can be made in silver or rose gold, but please note that there is an extra charge for these finishes as the polish is more expensive and less frequently used than the gold finish. We can also make any kaleera in a dull gold finish if that’s your preference.

It depends on the size and vibe of the ceremony you want to create. Typically, people order kaleeras in sets, such as sets of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or more, based on how grand or fun they want the ceremony to be.

All loved ones, including parents, aunts, uncles, friends, and other dear ones, can tie the kaleeras to the bride’s wrists. Each kaleera represents blessings and good wishes for the bride’s happy and prosperous marriage.
